Reservation and Cancellation Policies
The rates displayed on the website portal will be valid only on the day of the quote. Once the reservation is made, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, and you will receive an electronic confirmation to your email account.
By providing your credit card details, you authorize the establishment to charge 100% of the cost for the requested service, accepting the reservation, cancellation, and disclaimer policies.
After completing the reservation process and receiving the confirmation email, you must print your reservation ticket and present it at the hotel reception upon arrival.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and Check-out is at 12:00 noon. If you need to book more than 5 rooms or any other service provided by the establishment, you must contact one of our travel agents at the telephone number provided on the website.
To cancel any reservation, you must inform via email that you have decided to cancel, providing the assigned reservation folio.
Reservations canceled from 15 to 2 days before arrival are subject to a charge of the value of one night.
